Labor Doula Services
My role as a doula is to support you through labor and birth. We discuss your birth plan, your aspirational goals and the ways we can practice flexibility within them. Then when the time comes, I am there in-person with you for the duration of your labor. Support continues in the ways you need through postpartum as well.
This package includes:
